Create your very own customized particle generator, save it and paste it to someone else to load, or load a pre-existing generator!
Hello!
Before I begin, this isn't the game I was referring to in my journal entry.
I've recently begun to teach myself Actionscript, and this is one of the little tidbits that have been sitting in my computer for a while. With a few hours to spare, I turned it into a particle editor of sorts!
I'd love to see the stuff you guys can come up with. Be sure to paste your generator's code when you comment!
And now for the instructions...
Presets
A couple of preset settings to give you an idea of what you can create.
Size
Enlarges/shrinks the particle and orb sizes.
Force
The explosive force of the particles emitted. Slide to the right to increase.
Shape
Pick from the default shapes available to customize your particles.
Fading trail
Toggle the fading trail on or off.
Colour
Edit the colour of the orb and particles. Sadly, I've no idea how to convert numerals to hexadecimal yet; help would be greatly appreciated. Enter values ranging from 00,11,22...88,99,cc...ff for increased saturation.
Randomize within bounds
Randomizes colours of orb and particles between #000000 to the current upper limit set.
Save your orb!
Click "Get" to retrieve the code of your current particle generator; conversely, copy and paste a previous code to load an old generator.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
